CATALINA 42 Mark II Three Cabin, 2003. Desirable

- HUNTER 410, 1998. "Valkyries" is a one owner Hunter 410 with a
"winged shoal draft keel", powered by the dependable Yanmar 50 hp diesel. She is well equipped with two zone Marine Air air-conditioning, Autohelm GPS Chart plotter, Autohelm Auto Pilot, Autohelm Wind Machine, boom vang, Pro Furl roller
furling headsail, and custom high roach 6 full batten in-boom mainsail (requires no topping lift). All running rigging and halyards are lead aft to the cockpit (main halyard, mainsheet, reefing lines, spinnaker halyard, jib halyard, boomvang)and the

SABRE 38, 1986. Very well equipped for cruising: berths
for 7, full galley (compressed natural gas range, refrigeration, double sink),
sit down navigation station, complete electronics (Raytheon auto-pilot,
knot/log, depth sounder, wind speed and direction, VHF, Garmin GPS/MAP 180, ACR
EPIRB), Harken genoa furling, sail inventory (fully battened mainsail, 155%,
135%, 100% genoas, storm jib, 1.5 and .75 oz tri-radial spinnakers), Life

C&C Landfall 38, 1979. Three cabin arrangement (berths
for 7) equipped for cruising: recent almost new sails (fully battened mainsail
with Harken cars, Harken furling jib, cruising spinnaker), cockpit dodger with
attaching bimini, "T" shaped cockpit with Edson pedestal steering, teak cockpit
grate, complete galley (propane stove with oven, refrigeration, 2 deep sinks,
etc.), new electronics in 2002 (knot/log, depth sounder, wind speed and

- CHEOY LEE Clipper 36 Ketch, 1971. This beautifully restored
classic fresh water vessel has a fiberglass hull, new African Mahogany deck (2005) and is powered by a 1995 Westerbeke 42B diesel. The electronics include a Navman sail package (wind, speed, depth) and Raymarine autopilot. "Renaissance" has 8 sails
in good condition, sun cover (2007), custom cockpit cushions (2007), custom winter cover and jack stands. Also included is a 2006 Zodiac Zoom 9'4" inflatable with a 6 hp Nissan four stroke. This is truly a magnificant yacht !!!
CABOT 36 Cutter, 1977. Ted Brewer designed, blue water,
offshore deep water cruising boat, built in and for the challenging waters of
Nova Scotia. This Cabot 36 has always sailed in fresh water about 3 to 4
months a year. She is rigged for single handing, features: a large teak
interior with berths for 6, complete galley, full electronics (radar, auto
pilot, GPS, wind speed and direction, depth sounder, knot log, etc.),
recent cruising sail inventory (fully battened main sail, Harken furling 135%
genoa, stay sail with club foot boom, drifter/reacher), boom gallows, windlass
